Some people start that journey with a clear destination in mind - a clear sense of the changes they wish to make. Others with only the vaguest sense that life is not as it should be. Most lie somewhere in-between.
As important as the destination is learning to enjoy the journey itself; to stop and enjoy the view once in a while.
